Fushun is located in the eastern part of Liaoning Province and is the hometown of the former Qing Dynasty. Emperor Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty granted it the title of "place of origin". This garden is composed of three parts in chronological order: history, modernity, and future.

The panoramic view showcases the Hun River source, Manchu cultural history, modern industrial civilization, and the beautiful future of the old industrial base. The entrance square is a regional map carved with Fushun's specialty - coal powder, symbolizing the spirit of dedication of Fushun people to burn themselves and warm others;

The carved Nurhaci statue depicts the struggle of the Manchu people from weakness to strength and their long history and culture;

The sculpture pieces in the shape of red nails scattered in the green space are not only a representation of the world's most famous soldier, Lei Feng's "nail" spirit, but also a symbol of the image of Fushun, an industrial city.
